Pilates for POTS!
Here’s what you get with the program:
· 3-Pilates videos
· 1- 4-5 minutes- A warm up to help you move when you’re not feeling well.
· 5–10-minute video- beginner exercises to stabilize dizziness and find movement.
· 10–15-minute video- for days you’re feeling stronger and low in symptoms.
These are more fluid exercises, low impact on the body. Mostly staying in supine (on your back) side-lying (laying on your side) or in prone (on your belly.)
**The videos are longer for the description and understanding of the movements but the exercises are in the ranges above. Classes can be cut and modified to how you are feeling and what you can tolerate on that specific day.
