Our certified instructors with help you understand the changes going on in your body as you go through each trimester. Focus on breathing, flexibility, abdominal and pelvic floor re-connection, stability, relieve pain, correct posture and muscular imbalances, relax, and find that mind body connection. Each person and pregnancy is different and requires specific wants, needs, and desires. Remember to slow down and take time to experience your pregnancy and to focus on your body even after your little one has finally arrived.
