Beach Classes: 45 minute classes on the beach. Soak up the sun, sand, and salt air with your personally instructed mat class on our pristine beaches. Overlook the ocean while you build a stronger body, develop long lean muscles, increase core strength, and improve overall health and well-being. (June-September months only) (Pilates Mat & Barre)
Reformer Classes: 45 minute classes using the reformers. Resistance and assistance training using the springs, jump boards, arcs, and sitting boxes for a full body workout. Gain strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, a strong core, while building those long lean muscles. (*must wear socks for reformer classes!*)
Advanced Reformer Classes: 45 minute classes using the reformers. Resistance and assistance training using props and the springs for an entire full body workout. Build core strength, balance, coordination, flexibility and lengthen muscles. Must have prior experience with reformer.(*must wear socks for reformer classes!*)
Studio Mat Classes: 50 minute classes on the mat using your body weight for resistance and assistance training. Focus on your core, lengthening muscles, flexibility, and balance. Some classes will also incorporate small equipment including balls, bands, magic circles, etc.
Springboard Classes: 50 minute classes using the springboards. The Springboard is the perfect balance between our Pilates floor work with the reformer. Exercises can be done seated, standing, kneeling, and lying down using resistance and assistance training. Classes will also help articulate the spine, strengthen weak back muscles, while also improving posture.
Yoga: 50 minute classes focusing on moving through yoga postures and breathing techniques to help calm the mind, bring the body into focus, and experience transcendence. We offer different types of yoga so be sure to check the schedule for your perfect class. Be sure to check the schedule for featured Yoga classes.
Barre Class: Always wanted the body of a dancer? Now you can get one! Take a 45 minute class with the ballet barre. Build long lean muscles, tone your legs and bottom, build core strength, gain flexibility and balance. Focus on posture and form. (Class limited to 10 so make sure to reserve your space!)
Barre Fusion Class: Get the dance body you have always wanted with this 45 minute upbeat barre class. Feel the burn while focusing on posture and form. Tone your legs and bottom while building long lean muscles and core strength.
Pilates Chair Class: Take your Pilates practice to a whole new level with this class! Focus on trunk and core stability, balance, back extension, lots of abdominal and oblique work. (Class limited to 7- make sure to reserve your spot!)
Cardio Jump Class: Get your heart rate up while flowing through circuits on the reformer! Alternating from jumping off the jumpboard to core and arm work to keep your heart rate up for this 30 minute class! The reformer and jumpboard challenges your core and and works your legs while getting your cardio in!

CLASSES START ON TIME AND THE DOORS WILL BE LOCKED OUT OF RESPECT FOR OTHER CLIENTS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING. IF YOU ARE TAKING A REFORMER CLASS, PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING SOCKS TO WEAR DURING CLASS. WE DO THIS FOR HYGIENE PURPOSES AND TO PROTECT THE REFORMER CARRIAGES. TOE SOCKS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE INSIDE THE STUDIO.

BEACH CLASSES WILL BE CANCELLED IF IT'S RAINING HEAVILY AND IF THERE IS ANY LIGHTENING OR THUNDER IN THE AREA THE LIFEGUARDS WILL NOT ALLOW US ANYWHERE NEAR THE BEACH.
